hoya's and other types of Hoya's.....

My best friend of a lifetime, Debbie, showed me this plant that she proudly displayed in a new octogon shaped window she put in in her new home. It is absolutely gorgeous to say the least and I am so proud of her.
Deb, this is what the flowers of a true HOYA look like, clusters of star shaped very fragrant flowers. So as you see throughout this website (which is one of my favorites) you will find the differences between the lipstick vine and the Hoya...(tip) whenever your plants flower and then die off, NEVER EVER EVER NEVER Cut off the short stem that the flower pods or flowers have grown on, if you do , you loose that (node) for them to grow back on and it may take many many years for them to grow new ones to bloom from. So don't cut back....no matter what, just pull off any dead leafs that come along.and then leave them alone. k? This site will tell you so much about the plants you already have and the ones you'd love to have in the future, but nonetheless it's a great world of useful information to have on hand. Put it in your favorites and read when u can. Love to you very much. Tammy Enjoy this site. let me know whats going on, I am here for you.Tammy

FACE BOOK.....

I hate to see people writing such private crap about their lives on facebook....I mean real PRIVATE stuff and then they start drama when anyone comments on it....leave your personal stuff in the closet where it belongs cuz no one wants to hear it!!!!! Thank you very much!

first man

I think it would be really interesting to be alive when the very first men were here.....wondering what it would have been like, in a spiritual way.
